Transformation Through Creativity In-School Drama Programme
"Transformation Through Creativity" (TTC) is S4A's highly experiential and interactive in-school drama training programme. Since 2017, S4A has been serving different primary and secondary schools with this 24-hour drama training programme. Each year, one of Shakespeare's plays is shortened and adapted to make it accessible, understandable and most of all enjoyable for the students. With our professional drama tutors, using drama as medium, we aim to transform and build upon a young person's character and self-esteem to nurture them in a safe environment to become confident, introspective young people who are empowered to utilise these skilss in all areas of lives.
To celebrate the hard work of our students from TTC programme, S4A is hosting the "Transformation Through Creativity Drama Festival 2023" on 9th, 12th and 13th May at Miller Theatre, Asia Society Hong Kong. Students from different schools will be performing an abridged version of Shakespearean playthat they have been learning and rehearsing throughout the school year. This year, our students will be proudly performing "A Midsummer Night's Dream", a classic comedy created by William Shakespeare.
