Community Theatre Hub

Thanks to the generous support of our founding sponsor Swire Properties, on the 23rd of April 2021, S4A was both overjoyed and proud to announce the opening of our community Theatre Hub in Taikoo Shing. The Theatre Hub not only houses the S4A office team but is also a creative space that includes a small black box studio to hold drama classes and various theatre workshops as well as small events for the community.

 

Check out our 'Saturday Shakespeare Drama Club’ schedules for interactive and experiential workshops that includes theatre skills such as - theatre performance, mask work, improvisation, screen & stage make up design, script writing, stage combat and many more. It changes every few months so stay tuned to our website or social media for when the schedule of new classes is up and running. Limited spots so sign up quickly! Suitable for children 8 - 15 years of age.

 

‘Theatre Time’ is S4A’s interactive drama workshops for youngsters aged 3 – 8 years of age and are designed to introduce very small people to the magic of storytelling and the power of the imagination. These workshops include building soft skills such as- spatial awareness, coordination, problem solving, decision making and communication, using drama as the medium of instruction.
